“ Great Coffee, Great Vibe. The atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing, with a modern yet homey feel. The matcha oat latte I tried was delicious, not too bitter, and had a cute latte art. The area is spacious, with plenty of tables for eating or studying, as well as a few couch seats. We had a nice window seat which was perfect for reading. I didn't get a chance to try the food yet, but I definitely plan to go back! ”

“ Cupitol has it All. This delightful, clean, friendly and inviting establishment has everything you need to relax, sip excellent coffee and enjoy top quality food. Our first visit was 2 days ago and we’re back again. Premises are spacious, airy, yet carefully arranged seating creates spaces for conversation and collaboration. Cappuccino and cortado (yep - my usuals) are carefully prepared with a nice balance of robust and medium sweet arabica notes and rich crema. Americano was superb. Food is top notch prepared with farm fresh and organic ingredients. Omelettes are crafted in French style with smoky ham off the bone on mine. Fresh squeezed orange juice is excellent. Granola fruit bowl is delicious. Baked goods are solid - arrive early before pistachio croissants run out. A weekly menu of home-made soups stands out as soup seems to be a lost art. Excellent bread and salads along with many vegetarian and vegan options. Chilled and sparkling water available on tap for convenient and clean self-service. Prices are reasonable. If I had to pick one place in Evanston for all my meals this is it. Cupitol truly has it all and you deserve it - right?? ”
“ I came here today for the first time (I’ve ordered delivery from Cupitol many times before) and it was great! The decor is nice and the person who assisted me was very kind and helpful (I wish I caught their name! They had brown hair and glasses and helped me out at around 12:30pm on 3/18/2025). Food came out pretty fast after we were seated. The service was excellent (specifically the person who helped me order) and I’ll certainly be back because of that alone ”

“ I could not possibly love this place more. The food was delicious and the staff was exceptional. We were supposed to meet our party of 6 at 8 am but they mixed up the days and when we called them, it took them a other 1/2 hour to show up. I was so embarrassed because my husband and and I were taking up a table for 6. The staff was so kind and understanding. The food we had (omelets, coffee, toast, granola, smoothies, etc. ) was all fantastic! I highly recommend this place and I will be back often (but I promise to only take up a two-top). ”

“ Stopped by Cupitol looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a coffee, and I think I may have found a new favorite spot! This place is amazing. First, the space is huge with super comfortable seating. The service is quick and friendly. Their pastries all look so good (pictured.). We tried out a cappuccino (pictured) and a pistachio croissant and both were great! Will definitely be back soon! ”
